Founder & Managing Director, Elevated Debt Solutions

Todd Jaquez‑Fissori is a senior capital markets professional with over 20 years of experience structuring and executing non-dilutive financings for high-growth companies. He founded Elevated Debt Solutions (EDS) to bring institutional discipline, hands-on execution, and strategic alignment to venture and growth debt transactions ranging from $10M to $1B+.

Todd has led debt financings across a range of capital-intensive sectors, including life sciences, synthetic biology, cleantech, and industrial biotechnology. His advisory work is rooted in real-world lender experience—having served as a senior dealmaker at Structural Capital, Tennenbaum, and Hercules—giving him deep insight into how lenders underwrite risk, structure terms, and price capital.

At EDS, Todd partners directly with CEOs, CFOs, and boards to help optimize capital structure while preserving strategic flexibility. He brings a differentiated perspective: equal parts investor, operator, and advisor. He is known for running tight, competitive processes that result in materially better economics, faster execution, and alignment with long-term company goals.

Todd holds a degree from The Wharton School and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a frequent contributor to thought leadership on the evolving role of structured capital in scaling innovation-driven companies.
